The product never arrived and they were blaiming a shipping company who I know from other vendors and I know they work fantastically well. They said they had to investigate why it wasn't delivered and after a week with no answer on that investigation I phoned them and they told me they had to investigatigate. Same answer again.... I have claimed a refund, fingers crossed I get it.Nice people on the phone but, efective? Not really. First time I bought so.ething from this site, never again.

I have had so many issues recently with fragrances ordered from NOTINO. Broken bottles inside an undamaged box, atomiser/neck of the bottle completely detached (acqua di gio Profumo) which my husband had to force back on with a lot of strength required (pretty sure it shouldn’t come like this!!). And Montale fragrances with the batch code butchered out of the tin bottle and replaced with a sticker - completely ruining the bottle. This has happened on all 3 bottles purchased from NOTINO but not with another company. I would never ever purchase a montale from them again. These are niche fragrances!!! The bottle should be perfect. But clearly they have been tampered with and resealed. They don’t come like that as standard. However I can say that NOTINO do often have great deals on fragrances, which I do still order because of the price difference (I just pray that they arrive in good condition). But if I can order elsewhere from another company then I will. The customer service isn’t fantastic either. It takes a long time to get your money (or voucher in my case) back. I have had more issues than good experiences lately....

Bad experience

First bad experience! I’ve bought from Notino many times and been a loyal customer. I had bought a ABH brow pomade and it came dry and cracked I emailed them with a photo, I got a response that showed they didn’t even read my email asking for a photo and details I had already provided… I’ve since sent many follow up emails that have been intentionally ignored.

Well done Notino

I am giving more or less the same review as my previous one for my last order. Notino give a great service and goods are delivered on time with really good updates on the delivery time. The goods I have ordered I am not disappointed with and the prices are really good value for money.

Good customer service...

I ordered a perfume and made a mistake on the order. I sent an email immediately and phoned the next morning to cancel it. They cancelled it and refunded me the next day. Good customer service.

Turns out they were brilliant!

I was concerned as I hadn't heard of this company but I checked some reviews and all sounded okay. Turned out they were brilliant!! The delivery was a little late but it was the Easter weekend so their preferred courier might well have been closed. The items were cheaper than anywhere else I looked and I was so impressed by the packaging - not a stitch of plastic in sight - top marks Notino!! They are my new go-to site, can't recommend them highly enough.

Not great. Lots of issues

Extremely slow delivery

Extremely slow delivery. Very expensive. When there is %15 off all the prices up high. Pointless codes or sale. Customer services are a pain to deal with. Notino is going down slowly. I’m sorry but I cannot recommend it.

Very poor and unsatisfactory…

Very poor and unsatisfactory experience. Order cancelled no reason given, just a guess maybe problem with credit card. Terrible feeling of doubt in the integrity of this company.

Awful for returns

Awful for returns. I returned a £40 gift set, unopened and I have proof they received my order. It’s at least 22 days and no refund. I’ve emailed loads and totally unsatisfactory replies?
